The tattoo must either be japanese style or japanese related (things like tigers, dragons, japanese symbols etc) If the piece has no japanese feeling to it, it will be disregarded from the contest.

Hi all.....

This is probably the 1st proper journal entry I've made in a year or more.

I'd like to start by congratulating DeviantART and $spyed on making the cover of Entreprenuer.

Secondly, some big personal news...... I'm gonna be a daddy again! Bambino number 2 is on the way. My daughter (coming 3 next month) will finally have a wee bro or sis to play & fight with

So anyways, I'm back to being fully active on DeviantART and have updated my logo/avatar & gallery/page a bit. I deleted a hell of alot of deviations I uploaded when I first joined the site amongst which were about 200 Colorflow devs, which i rolled into one dev and re-uploaded

I lost alot of fav's but at least they're all in the one place now

I'll be continuing to update/re-vamp some of my older stamps etc over the next few weeks. I also take stamp requests and the occassional avatar if anyone is interested.

Web Design

So anyway... I'm heading towards web design at the minute, and i'm really enjoying it. I'm only learning (self-taught) and getting loads of help/guidance/critiques from all the wonderful people here on dA and on designerscouch.org

So a big thank you to anyone & everyone that has helped me in some way. I also get all my inspiration & ideas from the talented artists on deviantART also, so people may have helped me without even realising!

So you've probably noticed I'm trying my hand at web design. I've had no training,tutoring or experience in the field so I'm relying on my eyes and other designers designs to give me inspiration & direction. Also some very kind deviants such as ~Yukimasi, ~BioSss & ~JoeyS have been helping me out with critiques & comments. Thanks guys!

Lockerz , Updates & Features

Yesterday i joined this really cool site called Lockerz. It's an invitation only site, ya have to be invited to join (joining is free) & ya can earn some really sweet stuff on it, like ipods and loads of other stuff simply by earning points. Points are earned by logging on and answering questions of the day, playing games and listening to music etc. The site hasn't fully launched yet but you can get in on the action early and start earning points! I was invited by ~cjborodin and now I can invite people too. If your interested note me or comment with your email address and I'll get an invite sent your way!

So I went a bit stamp mad today and threw up a few stamps

I also found out I start my 6 month web design course this coming Monday, I'm very eager to get started

UPDATING IN PROGRESS !

I'm currently in the progress of updating my profile
page and deviations.

It's a long and tiring process lol

(You have to
delete every deviation individually!)

Some of you may have noticed I changed my avatar and
"logo" or signature or whatever again, so I'm updating
all my preview images and also deleting all the crap I
uploaded when I first joined (the virtual tuning etc).

I'm also going to make new gallery folder icons, and
when they're done I'll upload them so anyone else who
likes them can use them too

It could be a few days before I'm done because I get
bored easily and only do a bit at a time hehe
